Refund policy

Malletworks will gladly process a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days after you receive the merchandise if you're not satisfied with your order. 

To return an item, please ensure that it is in the same condition as received and include proof of purchase, such as the printed order summary or a copy of the payment receipt. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. Please note that the processing time may take up to two weeks. Malletworks is not responsible for any return shipping fees.

Changes and Cancellations

We're unable to modify or cancel your order after it's been placed because of our fulfillment process. If you need to make changes, please place a new order and we'll refund your original order upon it's return. To cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email or email us at hello@dmalletworks.com.

Lost, incorrect, or damaged orders

We accept returns and replacements for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us within 14 days at hello@dmalletworks.com or call 810-331-0736, and we will assist you in correcting the situation.
